Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery area: We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India.
Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges: A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to every order. It is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details by SMS and WhatsApp.
Delays: Courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control can delay delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
Wrong address or failed delivery: Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, delivery is retried at the same address up to 2 more times. If all attempts fail and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the full order amount minus the ₹99 shipping charge.
Damaged parcel: If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and report it within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
